Lights on Loudoun is a dynamic young adult music and arts festival sponsored by Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) and Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA.) The event is designed and curated by the teens in the Loudoun County Youth Advisory Council and young adult leaders from Northern Virginia Community College, with the overall goal to provide a safe public outlet for creative expression for young adults age 14 through current enrolled students at NOVA w/ valid NVCC ID.

No, sadly this event is curated and designed for high school and younger college students. Please use this time to prepare materials to submit when you are in high school!
Lights on Loudoun has an age restriction on the event. If you are under 14 and in high school please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to see how you can get an age restriction waiver.
Yes! You are welcome to submit as many performances, works of art, etc. Acceptance will be granted based on availability.
We are currently collecting pre-registration/interest forms from artists/performers. A formal registration deadline will be announced during the 2019-2020 academic year.
You’ll hear back via email no later than 30 days prior to the event.
Nothing, it’s 100% free for all!
Patrons will be able to pre-register for event tickets via Eventbrite. Check back here for a ticket link during the 2019-2020 academic year! Tickets will also be available at the door.
No, your ticket guarantees admission to the event, but seating/standing room is available on a first come first served basis in compliance with fire code regulations. Arrive early to the performances you wish to see!
Nope! Anyone can attend, however there are sections of the event that will have a parental advisory for content. Please keep in mind this event is designed and curated for high school and younger college students.
